How to shop & place an order

  •  Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is your email address. However, we require to give us your Full name, Address and Shipping address phone number. Please note that you are able to collect point at the “Bonvion Club” which requires to have an account at BONVION.COM.

 

  • How do I place an order on the site?

         Placing an order is super easy at BONVION.COM. Here’s how:
                  Go to our homepage / collection / or specific designer.
                  Click on any product(s) you’d like to order.
                  Select your size of your item(s) and click “add to cart”, or “Buy with PayPal”
                  Fill the information’s required in the pop-up windows and follow the step by step guide!
                  We will keep you updated via email, or if you enable the notifications, we will send you some to your computer.

 

  • Can I place an order on the phone?

Of course! Most of you are done your shopping of your phone at BONVION.COM. The order method is the same as in the previous point.

 

  • Where can I find size and fit advice?

Click on any products for its sizing. We always measure every item we upload to the site to give you as much information’s as possible. If you need personalized size help, don’t hesitate to hit us up on our social media (Instagram, Twitter or Facebook) or email us at bonvionbudapest@gmail.com
 
  • Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

As your purchase will be prepared within 2 workdays for dispatch, please contact us at bonvionbudapest@gmail.com (Subject: Order) as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

 

  • Do you have coupon codes?

You can find our coupon codes on our social media channels, and also on partner sites like wethrift.

  • Why is BONVION.COM pricing special?

At BONVION.COM, you are shopping pieces from our partners around the globe, expertly curated for you by our team. Prices are determined by each BONVION.COM partner, therefor the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where your order an item from.

Please note: Placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it at a particular price.

  • Which currencies can I shop in?

At BONVION.COM you can shop in Euro only.
  • When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, BONVION.COM will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

 

  • What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by PayPal Express checkout that is super safe and easy to use.
Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery or instalments as payment.

 

  • Will my personal details stay safe?

We keep your personal data private and confidential and only give it out with your consent or if legally permitted to.

 

Product availability & authenticity 

  • Are you going to have my size again?

Excluding limited editions, we are working on fast refilling. We keep you updated on our social media channels. (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter)
  • Are BONVION.COM items authentic?

We work with designers directly, so our answer is YES! Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.

 

  • How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective BONVION.COM mailer box. Our shipping boxes are environmentally conscious made from 90% recycled three-layered corrugated cardboard. They are also entirely recyclable beside the tapes. For more protection we use super strong BONVION branded tapes. In the box we cover every item with tissue papers. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

 

Shipping, taxes & duties 

  • How much will I be charged for shipping?

Every BONVION.COM order is unique so our shipping costs vary depending on the destination of your chosen items. This information will appear at every product page. At the moment shipping is between 5-10€ depending your location.

 

  • When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 2 business days. Delivery takes up to 10 business days, depending on your location. If you ordered an amount that we can’t fit into one mailer, we will send you your order separate with no extra fee. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

 

  • Will I need to pay taxes and duties?

Taxes are included to the prices. At the moment we are shipping to the European Union only, so you don’t have to pay any extra.

 

Returns & refunds 

  • What is your returns policy?

We offer a refund on any items sent back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that we can’t offer a free return at the moment. To request a return, please contact us at bonvionbudapest@gmail.com Check our Return policy for more detailed instructions.

 

  • How do I package my item for return?

We accept returns only in the original packaging except is the box was damaged and no longer protects the items you have ordered. Please do not cut off any labels of the products.   • When will I receive my refund?

As soon as your item is received and accepted by our team you will send an email to confirm the completion of your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.

 

  • Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

Unfortunately, the original delivery and return shipping cost won’t be included in your refund.
  • Do you have free shipping promotions?

From time to time we offer free shipping promotions. For upcoming promotions follow us on our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook & Twitter) Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order on the payment page.
