How to shop & place an order

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, all you need is your email address to start. However, we require to give us your Full name, Shipping Address and Shipping address phone number to deliver your order. Please note that you are able to collect point at the “Bonvion Club” which requires to have an account at BONVION.COM. Points can be used for discount on future purchases. 

How do I place an order on the site?

It's easy! Here’s how: 

                  Choose a category or a designer from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific style or trend.

                  Select your desired piece and click "Add to cart" or "Buy with PayPal" Once you added all items, it's time to checkout by clicking at cart on the top right corner.  

                  Fill the information’s required in the pop-up windows and follow the step by step guide! (Full Name, Shipping and Billing Address, Contact phone and email address will be needed)

                  That's it! We will confirm the order, and it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. (We will email you the tracking number of your order, once it's fulfilled at our warehouse.) 

Where can I find size and fit advice?

Click on any products for its sizing. We always measure every item we upload to the site to give you as much information’s as possible. We also provide fit information and model measurements for each style.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Yes, you might be able to cancel some items before we prepare your order. Please contact us at (Subject: Order) as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.

Do you have coupon codes?

Yes, you can get coupon codes on our social media channels, push notifications (once you open just enable notification on the top pop up) and via email. Just keep an eye on our channels, and subscribe to push notifications and emails.

Which currencies can I shop in?

At the moment you can shop in Euro only. At checkout you will be charged in Euro for your local change rate. Change rate could vary based on your checking out method (PayPal or Stripe) 

When will my card be charged?

If you pay by debit card or PayPal, BONVION.COM will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by PayPal Express checkout or Stripe.

What is PSD2?

PSD2 is a new European law introduced to make online payments more secure. When you place an order online using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity through 3D Secure authentication.

What are the payment steps when I place an order?

When you place an order within the European Union, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank. There are many ways to authenticate online payments and you could be asked to confirm your identity through SMS, email, TouchID, or FaceID. Once your payment is authenticated and the order has been placed, you’ll return to BONVION.COM confirmation page. As soon as your order has been confirmed, you’ll receive an email.

How will my bank confirm my identity?

Get in contact with your bank to understand their 3D Secure authentication process. Make sure they have the correct contact details for you just in case they use SMS or email for authentication.

Product availability & authenticity

Are BONVION items guaranteed authentic?

100%. We work with designers directly. Authenticity cards and serial numbers may not always be included with your item if the designer has not supplied them.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be carefully packaged in a protective BONVION.COM mailer box. Our shipping boxes are environmentally conscious made from 90% recycled three-layered corrugated cardboard. They are also entirely recyclable beside the tapes. For more protection we use super strong BONVION branded tapes. In the box we cover every item with tissue papers. Additional branded items such as dust bags will be included if provided by the designer.

Can I reserve an item to buy later?

We aim to provide a fair opportunity to shop our most in-demand styles and as items are often limited, we don't offer reservations.

Shipping, taxes & duties

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Every BONVION.COM order is unique so our shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination. This information will appear at every product page. (Shipping fee is added only once at the checkout page.) During promotional periods shipping could be as low as 0€.

When will I receive my item and how can I track delivery?

Once your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 2 business days. 

Estimated transit time after dispatch: 2-10 business days, according to the final destination. 

Express shipping items transit time after dispatch: 2-3 business days, according to the final destination.

Returns & refunds

How can I return an item?

Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem, we're here to help.

We offer free returns for full priced items (items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for a prepaid return label.)

Once you receive your order, you have fourteen (14) days to request a return authorization code and return the unwanted item(s).
The Brand Tags and The BONVION tag must still be intact and attached to return items!

How do I package my item for return?

We accept returns only in the original packaging except is the box was damaged and no longer protects the items you have ordered. Please do not cut off any labels of the products. You have to return every piece with its original condition with labels, dustbags etc. For further information, visit our Refund Policy and/or contact us at 

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been check and accepted by BONVION.COM team. Please note, that the shipping fee will not be included in the Refund amount.

Will shipping & duties be refunded on return?

Unfortunately, the original delivery and return shipping cost won’t be included in your refund.

What do I do if I receive a defective item?

We guarantee that all our items are verified by our quality control department before they are shipped. If you happen to receive a defective item, we ask you to send an email to specifying your order number and item code, including photos so that we can assess the defect.

Please note that items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper use or by accident, are not considered defective items.
